One AI for your whole team is like making the plumber, the carpenter and the electrician share one toolbox, so we build each role on your team its own work bench and set of tools

Less than 1% of companies have role engineering

Your edge comes from evolving through prompt, context, and role engineering. Every major role in your company should have a hyper-specific AI toolset. McKinsey studies show that 79% of companies have never redesigned a single workflow, and less than 1% have mature AI rollouts.

A custom workbench for every major role and function in your company. CEO intelligence for the CEO, sales intelligence for the sales team, investor intelligence for your capital raiser, recruiting intelligence for HR, HubSpot intelligence for whoever is implementing software.

Simple, yet powerful. Our AI tools have been used 40,000 times, and even if you are nerdy enough to create your own skills in Claude or know what a .MD file is, your employees may not. They need a simple tool built out for their exact daily workflow.

Not coaching, not software. A custom build for every seat on your team, inside your account, yours to keep. You add us as a sub-admin and we build it there.

Built around your business. Your processes, KPIs and workflows, then graded every session so month six beats week one.

Every one of these studies below handed people a generic AI tool. Not one of them built a workbench for the job.

25% faster, 40% better

758 consultants, randomized. With AI: 12.2% more tasks, 25.1% faster, over 40% higher quality.

Harvard Business School & BCG, 2023
14% to 34% more output

5,179 support staff on the job. Issues resolved per hour rose 14%, and 34% for newer staff.

Brynjolfsson et al., QJE 2025
40% less time

Professionals doing real writing work cut time 40% and raised graded quality 18%.

Case studies
34 uses a week to 500

A general AI tool ran 1,800 uses in a year. Once each role had its own center, usage hit 500 in one week. Same team.

$25,000 and nine months became nine days and zero dollars

Same platform migration, twice. First time a consultant overbuilt it. Second time, no consultant, no onboarding fee.

Lead qualification, 5x the depth

Four data points in three minutes became twenty data points in one minute.

300 events. 412 panels. 2,100 questions.

Every panel question ever asked is captured. The Event Intelligence Center builds a new panel from the best of all of it.

Seven years of monthly investor reports

The template that gets written once is the template that ships eighty-four times.

Nine vendor contracts, nine standards

One of them is your best work. That one should be the floor for the next nine.

“It was like turning on God Mode for sales.” Volunteered by one of our salespeople on day one. Nobody asked him for feedback.

What a build includes

Most companies need 12 intelligence centers

Plus some custom AI agents that 5x a day identify social media threads to jump in on, deal flow, and opportunities in your space and put those facts and links on your radar with details on who you can approach regarding them, directly to your Teams, Slack or email inbox so they are actionable for the right person on your team.

How it goes

The Blueprint, then the Build

Days 1–10
The Blueprint

We collect your templates, processes and data, and map out what each role actually needs, ranked by leverage, with the build sequence.

Week 3
The Build starts

The highest-leverage role goes live first, in your account, in use the same week.

Every 2 weeks
One more center

A new intelligence center ships on a two week cadence, each one built with the person who does the job.

Ongoing
Graded and tuned

Output is graded every session, so month six beats week one.

The math

Raise revenue per employee 20% and you can pay your best people like the best people.

10

people you never have to hire, at 20% more output from the team you already have. Grow faster with less headcount and fewer headaches, and pay your best people well for being excellent, because you are boosting revenue per employee.

Pricing

Less than one full time employee

$8,333 – $12,500
Per month · typical

The full build: intelligence centers for every major role, plus the agents that feed them.

$25,000
Per month · institutions

For larger institutions and those who want to leverage our Family Office Club infrastructure, 16 in-person events a year, and full investor community resources at the same time. Not required.

You keep it

Everything is built in your own account and belongs to you. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.

Capacity

We onboard four new clients a month and phase them in every few weeks, so every build gets the working sessions it needs.

Security and data

No new exposure

No additional security exposure than what you likely already have in place in trusting your data with Anthropic and Claude. We build on their infrastructure, inside your own account, as a sub-admin.

Questions
Does our data stay ours?
Yes. We build inside your own AI account as a sub-admin. Nothing moves to our systems, and the build is yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
We already pay for ChatGPT or Claude. Is this on top of that?
It runs on the seats you already pay for. We are not selling you a model or a platform, we are building the role-specific workbenches on top of the one you have.
How long until we see it working?
The first intelligence centers are in your team’s hands in the first weeks, not at the end of a six month project. We build role by role so each one starts producing before the next begins.
What do you need from us?
Sub-admin access to your AI account, your existing templates and processes, and one working session per role with the person who actually does that job.
What if our team does not adopt it?
That is the failure mode we are built around. Generic tools go unused because they are generic. Each center is built for one person’s daily workflow, and we grade output every session so it keeps improving.
Do we have to join the Family Office Club?
No. The $25,000 tier exists for institutions that want the events and investor community alongside the build. It is not required, and the build is identical without it.
Will this replace people on our team?
We don’t cut your team. We make the team you have do more, so you hire less and hire later.
How much of our time does this take?
Two to four minutes here and there. No standing meetings, no consultants roaming your Slack.
What size company is this for?
Companies with enough repetitive, accuracy-dependent work to justify a dedicated build. If your whole team is under ten people doing varied work, a single shared setup may be enough.

Every business has repetitive work where accuracy matters and a template already exists. Build the best one once, then use it every single time. If you are not doing that with AI, you are losing market share to someone who is.
